De-stigmatize Resting
If you want to perform your best and feel your best, you need to recover. After exerting effort your brain, like your muscles, needs a break to regenerate. However, recovery is still way too stigmatized in most working cultures. And it's not just about your yearly vacation, you need regular resets along the way, weekly, even daily. Like immersing yourself in nature, light exercise, socializing, sleeping, and most importantly avoiding distractions and reducing screen time.
